Do you provide full property management services?

Yes, we can tailor a property management package to suit your needs.

What are your commission charges?

We have two commission structures. Our showcase structure allows your property to be showcased on our website & our affiliate sites that include Booking.com, Air BnB, Tripadvisor & HomeAway, the commission per booking for this platform is 15% per reservation.

Our property management structure which includes full property management services to suit you is 18% commission per reservation.

Letting contracts

We don’t have ‘lengthy’ letting contracts, just a simple ‘instruction to let’ which covers off the legal essentials. Many of our owners have been with us over 10 years, but if you wanted to leave you can do so. However, there are financial penalties for each booking we would have to cancel on your behalf.

Not only do we have a modern user-friendly website, but our SEO specialists have also ensured we are amongst the highest ranked websites for the most popular search phrases for self-catering breaks in North Wales, Snowdonia & Anglesey.

How often can I use my holiday home?

We do not penalize any of our property owners for enjoying their home. We understand that it is your property after all, so you should be able to use it when you wish!

Property owner compliance

What legal essentials do I need as a holiday let owner? Your property will need the following.
– An Access Statement
– Fire Risk Assessment
– Gas safety certificate (if applicable)
Electrical safety certificate (every 5 years)
– Oil Safety certificate (although not the law still recommended if applicable)
– Carbon Monoxide poisoning – Carbon monoxide detectors to be fitted (if applicable)
