Lon Eifion Cycle Way

This scenic 12.5m/20km cycle path has been upgradedĀ with an excellent hard surface all the way.Ā The northern end starts 400 metres south of the large car parkĀ near Caernarfon castle. Excellent views of Snowdonia abound along the route. The southern end is at Bryncir, near Criccieth,Ā where there is also a small car park.Ā Lon Eifion is part of Lon Las Cymru, route number 8 on the National Cycle Network.

Lon Las Cymru Cycle Way

Lon Las Cymru continues from Caernarfon northĀ to Bangor on the LĆ“n Las Menai. After crossing the Menai Strait on the Menai Suspension Bridge onto Anglesey the route follows quiet roads (which are signposted NCN 8) across the island to Holyhead.
