Ty Lawr

We had our third stay in this property – beautiful location – beautiful house – there is nothing you could ask for that isn’t provided – we will back for a fourth visit – can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely house we where a group of 8 adults and two dogs. The location of the house was brilliant with beaches either side and a show all to the village and pub. Every room had views of the sea and all where en suite. Kitchen was very well equipped and the cooker and microwave easy to use. The welcome pack was lovely with bread, butter, biscuits, cake chocolates and Prosecco. The owner, Neil, texted to make sure everything was okay. We all had a lovely relaxing week andhope to return in the near future. I can definitely recommend a stay at this lovely house.

Extremely well appointed cottage, everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Before we arrived I was a little bit anxious that it wouldn’t look as good as the photographs that are on the website, however the cottage was every bit as good as the website when we arrived. The property was very clean and more spacious than we originally thought it was going to be and very comfortable. There was every kitchen implement you could possible need for your stay. It was a bit of a luxury to have on-suite bathrooms in each of the 4 bedrooms and a separate washroom on the ground floor. The outside space was safe and had plenty of seating to watch the coming and going of activities on the beach and harbour weather permitting. We would definitely stay here again and it was well worth the money we paid to secure our stay.

First visit to Cemaes Bay, it’s a very pleasant village with lots of walks nearby. Ty Lawr is a gem. Masses of space, and we really appreciated all the bedrooms being ensuite. Easy parking and superb views over the adjacent harbour. Hope to return again.

What a great place. 6 adults, 3 children (5, 2, and 1) and 1 dog had a super time. The house is perfect with all bedrooms having their own bathroom and as the dog owner, the ground floor room was ideal as it enabled us to go for an early walk without disturbing the others. Ty Lawr, having been recommended by a friend, I also would have no hesitation in passing on a recommendation. The welcoming bottle and foodstuff was the icing on the cake. We are already starting to plan for a return visit. Thank you for a lovely place.

Fantastic cottage for 8 of us, 2 families with adult children! Plenty space for all of us, kitchen well stocked. Fabulous location right on the harbour.

Truly fantastic cottage in a top notch position right by the harbour and two excellent beaches, cottage is a great size with loads of space for 8 adults, kitchen is the center point were you can all sit round a massive table and have dinner and chat living rooms a good size and every bedroom has an ensuite also extra toilet down stairs, there was 7 of us with 2 dogs and it was perfect for us, also so spotlessly clean parking outside for our 3 cars on patio at front of property. 2 great pubs doing food 5 mins away the stag, and the harbour just perfect, we have been to this cottage twice now and will be returning for a 3rd time next year.

Amazing location overlooking the harbour. Super clean and cosy house. Very comfortable with a modern interior and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the beaches and the Coastal path from the house.

Stayed with family for a long weekend. The cottage is beautiful warm and cosy – bedrooms are gorgeous. It is in a lovely location in Cemaes Bay. The owners have thought of everything and it is there in the cottage. I have now stayed here twice and will definitely come back again. Lovely welcome pack each time also. I would highly recommend a stay here

Fantastic cottage all mod cons nice and comfortable with massive kitchen and good size living room plenty of room for 8 adults , bedrooms also spot on each one having own bathroom also extra toilet on ground floor, patio area to front also great with enough room for 2 cars to park also with extra lge patio table and chairs , well secured as we had are dog with us ,all spotlessly clean throughout . Cottage directly on harbour front with 2 beaches within 5 min walk pubs and restaurants all very close as well the stag being the nearest which was a lovely pub all the locals being really freindly. Carnt wait to visit and stay again at this fantastic cottage

What a beautiful home! Everything was perfect…even the weather! Obviously we went out of season so many things were closed, but that added to the peace & relaxation…we will definitely be back!
