Pont Cyfrinfa is a traditional Scandinavian log cabin, the ideal base for summer holidays and winter escapes.

Just imagine waking to the dawn chorus in this stunning retreat surrounded by gentle countryside. This luxury three bed property is nestled within the picturesque Anglesey countryside and still only 1.6 miles from the beautiful Menai Straits and Telfords world famous Menai suspension bridgeAvailable for long and short breaks all the year round, Pont Cyfrinfa is a detached traditional Scandinavian log lodge built to a very high specification, this property is the ideal base for those people who enjoy the outdoor life but want the luxury to go with it

The lodge can sleep six persons and consists of three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and a ground floor bedroom with two single beds. There is also a large shower room, a comfortable open plan living and dining area with seating for six. To compliment all this, the lounge has a full leather suite as well as Freeview TV, DVD/CD player and VCR. The lodge also has a traditional log burning fire which adds so much character to this property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, washer dryer, toaster, coffee maker, grill and all utensils.

All this is complimented by a large lawned garden to the side of the property and ample parking for at least three cars or alternated with a small boat or Jet Ski. At the rear of the property is a large decked area which is a sun trap and a small stream next to a wooded area.

Pont Cyfrinfa is the ideal self catering holiday retreat, a well appointed property in a delightful rural setting.

With Snowdonia and both the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon all within in easy reach, Pont Cyfrinfa makes for an excellent location for visiting the surrounding area and all of the islands myriad of attractions, including the beautiful sandy beaches, Beaumaris Castle The Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and lots of other attractions. For the more energetic why not try some of the finest recreational pursuits on offer all available locally like hiking, golf, riding, fishing, sailing, cycling, scuba diving and many more.

Both the local towns of Menai Bridge and Beaumaris have an excellent choice of pubs hotels and restaurants for you to enjoy. There are also many attractions to see from the castle to the Victorian jail. Regular boat trips can also be enjoyed by all the family from the pier at Beaumaris.

Menai Bridge and the surrounding area are famous for its friendly cosmopolitan restaurant's, take-a-ways and fine pub food, all with the very best of service, so you don't even have to worry about cooking for you or your family while you enjoy your stay in Anglesey. With hearty breakfasts filling lunches and superb evening meals, all this just within a short distance from your lodge. Because the local eateries are so popular with holiday makers and of course the locals it is always wise to book your table in advance listed below are just a small selection of excellent places to dine out.
