Naturally visitors are never far from the coastline. With its impressive ancient sea cliffs, sheltered sandy bays, remote coves, calm or wild waters and smaller offshore islands, visitors can enjoy pursuits such as surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing or sailing, as well as fishing and swimming in waters warmed by the Gulf Stream.

Wrecks off the Anglesey coast

With over 100 wrecks to explore in clean, clear waters and a profusion of marine life, divers have the ultimate underwater experience. One of the most important finds is the Royal Mary which was owned by King Charles II and sunk in 1675.
