Hillcrest is a terraced house situated in the picturesque town of Beaumaris. The whole house has been recently refurbished, but is still full of character and charm.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, with comfy seating for 5, a 21" TV with Freeview, DVD and CD players.

The dining area, which has a dining table to seat 4, leads into the kitchen, which consists of a fridge, small freezer, a 4 ring hob (gas) and a combi boiler.

On the first floor you will find a double room, with sofa bed, a twin room, and a bathroom complete with bath and walk in shower.

The property has a patio area with garden furniture.
