for long and short breaks all the year round.Our
luxury stone detached cottage is set in a delightfuly
holiday village of 13 acres. There are stunning views
of Snowdonia from our holiday home, it really is a peaceful
haven.
The
cottage sleeps 6 people very comfortably with 2 large
bedrooms (both with lovely modern ensuites), one providing
a double bed and the other providing two single beds and
a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a spacious open
plan lounge/dining area/kitchen. The kitchen is very modern
and well equipped. The garden has a beautiful long stone
wall to the side aspect creating a great degree of privacy
and lots of space at the rear with a large decked area
which is a sun trap. The garden is gated both sides and
is very safe for children. Our cottage is so easy and
pleasant to be around.
The
National Trust Estate of Plas Newydd is literally down
the road and we think it is great with an outdoor play
area for the children, picninc benches and a very pleasant
cafe for tea/coffee/afternoon tea and yummy food. If you
want to go into the ground beyond then you would need
to pay. Our favourite beach is at Newborough (15 mins
by car), it truly is a spectacular setting and we have
had many fun days out there.
There
is a golf course five minutes away and the village of
Llandaniel Fab is 2 minutes away (a brisk morning walk
or a long jog through the village collecting provisions
on your return) and has a post office and small stores,
the much large village with the longest name LlanfairPG
(for short) is under 5 minutes away.
We
are confident that you will enjoy your stay so much you
