Sit at the kitchen table and watch the waves, look at the lighthouse on the Skerries or just listen to the sound of the sea. Car parking for 4 cars and a boat.

Lounge consists of 3 seater leather settee, 3 seater double sofa bed, single armchair. Log burner and underfloor oil heating. Oak and limestone flooring throughout and french doors to patio and grassed area with patio furniture.

Brand new large kitchen consisting of a rangemaster electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave oven, toaster and fridge freezer.
