Uchaf is a very pretty 16th century traditional stone
cottage set in beautiful and mature grounds. It has 2
ground floor bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a quaint attic
single bedroom.
For
wildlife lover and gardening enthusiasts, this cottage
is the perfect hideaway, as it is surrounded by beautiful
gardens, lovely woodlands and is close to an outstanding
13 acre lake.
It
has all the modern comforts to ensure a restful holiday.
The
sitting room has a large stone fireplace with a wood burning
stove, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, video player and
hi-fi. Original paintings, comfy sofas and luxurious rug
make for a restful and cosy stay.
The
bright modern kitchen/diner is well equiped with an electric
oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine
and dishwasher and overlooks the garden and picnic table.
Two
bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master double bedroom
has a king size bed, and a small en suite shower room
with washbasin and WC. The other charming bedroom is a
twin bedded room adajcent to the bathroom - which has
a bath, basin and WC.
Steep,
ladder like stairs lead to the attic where there is a
single bedroom with limited headroom.
The
house is warm and has night storage heaters.
The
house is centrally heated and logs are available for the
wood burning stove. Price includes bed-linen, central
heating, logs and electricity. Kitchen towels etc are
provided. Personal towels are available at £5 per
person. Pets are welcome - provided dogs are kept on a
lead. Cot and high chair, garden furniture and barbecue
supplied.
Changeover
is Friday to Friday | 10am departure , guests welcome
from 4 pm.
