“Lovely stay for the 3 days. We were treated to excellent weather. A really good base to explore the Llyn Peninsula.”
“What an idyllic location, peace quiet and an ever- changing vista full of wildlife. Loved watching the sheep whilst sitting on the wall down the lane with the sun setting behind the hills. The Coachhouse absorbs everyone into it like a comfy sofa – rooms to hide away, and rooms to be sociable.”
“We arrived in pouring rain to this beautiful cottage in such a perfect setting. The dogs absolutely loved tearing down the drive and running around in general.”

Convenient family accommodation to explore the Llyn Peninsula
Glasfryn is a convenient place to stay for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils etc. Bathroom facilities were more than adequate for the 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The dining and living rooms also comfortable. The small garden was shared and was not fenced off from the track that leads to the other properties on the estate, the frontage allowing parking.
What an amazing building
Deceptive from the outside but WOW!!when inside it is absolutely amazing, tremendous space, lots of room and plenty of toilet requirements. Beautiful clean and lovely decor. Wonderful staff and owners so friendly and beautiful scenery surrounding the properties from the time you enter the drive to the point of your destination. There are 3 properties for rental in this area and all so beautiful. Shared garden with next door lovely people also on a short break. Will definitely come back to this beautiful quiet peaceful surrounding. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your spacious home.
“Warm & cosy, beautiful location”
Just returned from a lovely break in the coach house, a beautiful property set in formal & very peaceful grounds.
The are five bedrooms two of which can be made up as kingsize or twins, plus a master bedroom, a double and a twin. All rooms were well equipped, warm and comfortable.
The three bathrooms are clean and spacious & there iadditiis an additional downstairs toilet in the utility room.
The Kitchen was clean and fairly well equipped and we made good use of both the lounge and dining room.
The only big niggle I had was there was no fireguard in the lounge which has a huge log burner so we didn’t get to use as much as we would have liked as we had my 8 month old daughter with us who is crawling.
Helen the owner if helpful and friendly and we got a warm welcome at the park (which is a 10 minute drive / 30 min walk away) where my 12 year old made full use of the gokarts and bowling alley.
The grounds and setting is beautiful, we put out some bird feeders and had a woodpecker feeding from them daily!
all in all a lovely time was had by all and I we hope to return later in the year 🙂
“Coachhouse & Rose Cottage”
Booked the Coachhouse and Rose Cottage for a week at New Year for a family get together. Everyone had a great time from the children to the dogs. It is the first time we have been to the Coachhouse and it was lovely – we were really surprised at how spacious it was. Rose Cottage was just as cosy as always. Looking forward to going back again.
This is a wonderful place and thoroughly recommended for a short break. The cottages are beautifully presented and full of individual character, the hosts very kind and helpful and the place wonderfully rich in scenery, history and interesting things to do and see.
“Glasfryn Park and the Coach House is a stunning place to holiday”
Glasfryn Park and the Coach House is a stunning place to holiday. We stayed over a snowy Christmas and awoke most mornings to a beautiful blanket of snow with Pheasant sauntering into the garden. Further into the Park there are woods, sheep filled fields and a large lake. We also made good use of the Karting track and café where the staff are friendly and helpful. We also sampled the treats in the organic farm shop.
The house itself is a haven; warm, cosy and very pleasing to the eye yet with every modern convenience from well thought out cooking utensils to wifi, large TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc etc.
Upstairs the 5 large bedrooms are a real treat; 2 with sumptuous en-suite and a 3rd lovely bathroom only a short stride away from the bedroom.
We had a short lived hiccup with the hot water supply which was remedied immediately by a quick text to the owners who arrived promptly to fix it. After that we were able to enjoy lovely hot soaks in the large, newly fitted baths after a hard day Karting or exploring. The owners are friendly and excellent hosts. We are planning to return in the Summer and have a long list of nearby places we want to explore including the many beaches.
Big thumbs up from us! See you again soon!
