A beautifully restored three storey town house with many of the original features. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (which can be converted to a double) and a single bedroom with a pull out bed if required.

On the ground floor there is a large modern kitchen and breakfast room leading out to a secure courtyard, a dining room, sitting room, a shower room and WC. To the front of the property there is a small sitting area overlooking the Menai Strait and Beaumaris Pier.

The first floor has a stunning sitting room with magnificent views, an en-suite double bedroom, a single bedroom (with pull out bed) and wash basin and a separate WC with wash basin.

The second floor has two double bedrooms, both with glorious views, a twin bedroom (which can be converted to a double) and a family bathroom with bath & shower.

The house is spacious with a sunny, welcoming and comfortable feel. Parking is available nearby.

The house was built in the 1850's and is listed as a building of historical and architectural importance. It was recently modernised but has maintained many of its original features such as slate mantelpieces and a beautiful old staircase.

Central heated and two coal effect gas fires. Facilities include TV, DVD, video, CD, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge freezer. All bed linen & towels provided. No pets allowed. Short breaks available in Winter.

The house has been arranged to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

beaumaris
This coastal haven is literally crammed with interesting places to see and things to do. You can visit beautiful Beaumaris Castle, or a fascinating Victorian gaol (jail), many museums, galleries, excellent award winning restaurants, authentic pubs and a host of small specialty shops that make this a wonderful town to visit.

All evening and into the night, people stroll along the winding streets and absorb the atmosphere of this special area.
