Snowdonia Information

Snowdonia is known the world over for its spectacular scenery. Sir Edmund Hillary trained on Snowdon before attempting Everest and the area's craggy landscape has inspired artists, botanists, poets, geologists and engineers such as Thomas Telford who built a coach road between the peaks. Snowdonia is also littered with attractions ranging from craggy castles, to underground caverns, steam trains and glacial lakes.

Sailing in Pen Llyn

Pen Llŷn has a long maritime history and the good news is you’re never far away from the coastline. With its impressive ancient sea cliffs, sheltered sandy bays, remote caves, calm or wild waters and smaller offshore islands, visitors can enjoy pursuits such as surfing, wind-surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing or sailing, as well as fishing and swimming. Walking Holidays

Originally part of a traditional Welsh School, Tai Pont Twr has been converted to include reclaimed wood featured throughout, str ipped pine flooring and wood burning stove and gallaried landing.

This traditional quarryman’s tied cottage forms part of two terraces sitting at the foot of the Carneddau range. Bwncath is ideally situated for easy access to the footpaths running at the front and rear of the property leading to Moel Faban, Gyrn and Carnedd Dafydd.
